Maison Metisse can help with all aspects of Home design. We offer Full Interior Design Services as well as Architectural Design Consulting. The list below details our Design Process. Every item is a service that can be offered individually, or you can pick and choose what you need.

SERVICES

  • • Review of your Architect’s Preliminary Floorplans and Advice on Internal Spatial Design & Layout.

    • Concept Design for New Homes and Renovations (Floorplan, Elevations & 3D Model)

    • Review of Existing Floorplans to provide Alternative Concept Floorplan (Floorplan, Elevations & 3D Model)

  • • Creation of Design Concept Presentation using Reference Imagery, Materials and Fittings Suggestions, Moodboards to illustrate the style and atmosphere of the house as well as some Design Concepts.

    • Option to have Concept Floorplans, Elevation and 3D Black and White Views for Key Areas.

  • • Detailled Interior Design of every Space ( Floorplan, Elevations and Black & White 3D Views) in Revit

    • Electrical and Lighting Layout.

    • Floor Coverings Plan and Ceiling Plan (if required)

    • All Drawings include all required Details and Dimensions, ready for the Cabinet Maker and Builder

  • • Selection of all Materials and Finishes, Hardware, Fittings, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Paint etc.

  • Develop a strong Visual Identity with a name, a logo and a colour palette for your project. You will be using these for you project website, social media, real estate campaign, so it is important to get it right from the start!

    We also offer Marketing Floorplans services, which we offer a a stand-alone product, but is great as an add-on to our design services, as we already have floorplans and can can make changes to everything at once, saving you time and money.
